Sales Order Processing

the problem

A lack of seamless cohesion in the systems of a company will impact on the efficiency with which it tackles some of its most fundamental tasks: receiving, communicating, completing and invoicing on its orders.
The most common problems with orders are caused by the complexities which make cohesion difficult: configuration to individual customers’ variants and systems, configuration to other systems or software (or other sites) in the business, errors made during order changes, configuration to requirements of automated entry (EDI), errors made through duplicated manual entry etc.

the solution

The Integreater® Sales Order Processing (SOP) system is designed to automatically lock-in to the functionality of other Integreater modules and other major third party software, to improve efficiency, speed and cohesion.

It sports a familiar Explorer styled interface and requires only a very shallow learning curve for those familiar with Windows™ products.

Multiple configuration options allow the system to be easily customised.

It is versatile and extensive in it’s approach, providing you with the information you need at the time you need it: the software incorporates many time and cost-saving features to help you create and process your sales orders easily and accurately, then integrate them with your preferred accounting system.

the result

As part of a greater whole, Integreater® SOP provides real time understanding and control of order receipts. The pricing of products can be managed generically or by customer. For organisations with multiple production facilities, Integreater® can provide order-splitting functionality that will manage individual product orders to the appropriate production site from a master order. This can be automated for EDI receipts.
Order scheduling and availability is made highly visible in real time through Tracker reporting tools. These can be complimented with physical picking sheets if required.

The system will consolidate processed order data, from which service levels and sales analyses by selectable criteria can be reported or exported to alternative reporting/analysis tools.

EDI Order Processing
If you are dealing with large retailers and many orders, the chances are that you have the opportunity to receive orders and send invoices electronically.

Here are some
key benefits you can enjoy by embracing this change:

EDI* orders are automatically created
No manual order entry is needed
Accuracy is improved

Time is saved: automated systems can send data at any time of the day or night. Orders are already in the system when your production crew arrives.
If you are already exchanging data via EDI, we can incorporate your existing data streams into our system.
We have many years of experience in providing EDI interfaces between businesses including large retailers such as Tesco, J. Sainsbury, Wal-Mart – to name a few.

* EDI = Electronic Data Interchange. The transfer of standard business documents from one company to another using computers.
What is Integreater?
Integreater® is an enterprise manufacturing execution system, also known as an e-MES. The unique solution works by ensuring that management have the visibility to achieve greater accuracy, efficiency and traceability. It effectively holds a magnifying glass up to your processing cycle, so that you can see exactly what’s going on and identify where you need to make improvements.
How Is It Different?

Integreater® has been developed by professionals from the food processing industry and offers more functionality than a standard Manufacturing Execution System.

ERP solutions are too generic for food production and often require users to adhere with a set of standard practices. To solve this problem, Integreater® has been developed to account for all the variants and complexities that are specific to the food processing industry. It integrates with your business model to ensure that you can improve performance, without jeopardising your unique selling points.
