The OCM we supply is high quality and durable. Our standard OCM comes with a variable height frame and mast, Load cell, Touchscreen, Printer and Scale Indicator. We put all this together for you and can tailor make the unit to your own specifications. For example, you may want additional printers, a IP65 rated printer garage or a swing arm for the screen. The Touchscreen is used for running our OCM Software application. This software will provide you with all the functionality you could ever want in an OCM. Once we have built the unit and configured the system to your specification, designed any labels you require and set up your products on the system, the unit will be shipped to you and one of our engineers will install it, test it and provide training at both operator and administrator levels.

The result is that you will then have a unit (or units) which will allow your operators to weigh and label your products consistently, accurately and easily. If you also purchase our Stock & Despatch System, the OCM can automatically book your products into stock ready to be despatched. Our OCM is also capable of linking to a prepared plan if you have chosen to purchase our Planning & Availability module. Production quantities by product are sent to the OCM’s on the factory floor, grouped by run numbers. Target quantities and progress is then displayed on the touchscreen so that your operators know how many cases per run are to be done and have been completed. The benefits include improved traceability, organisation, productivity and efficiency.

Auto OCM
Our OCM software can also be used with an Auto OCM setup. We can supply weigh scale conveyors and label applicators which can interface with the software providing you with a solution which will save on resource and maximize your throughput.
