Integreater® enables businesses that produce baked goods to have complete control and visibility of their production cycle. Here are some of its most important features...
Integreater® enables businesses that produce baked goods to have complete control and visibility of their production cycle. It allows management to outline the recipe required for each batch and prevents operators from issuing the incorrect ingredients or quantities.
Integreater’s QA control module allows management to set compulsory quality questions at different stages of the processing cycle. This means that standards can be closely monitored throughout production.
Specific questions and answer choices can be set for each individual product in your range - with free text, multiple choice or simple yes/no options. However, most businesses limit the choice of answers as much as possible, reducing the chance of error. As an additional safety net, Integreater® will also warn anyone who tries to select an invalid option.
The e-MES allows operators to record data from chemical and sample analyses. It is also possible to log organoleptic test results for taste, colour, texture and odour. All of this information is then automatically cross-referenced against each box, pallet and production run. This ensures complete traceability and is particularly useful for those all-important audits.
least-life validation
Integreater's least-life function ensures that operators always process the ingredients which need to be used-up first. Operators are warned if there is stock on site which is older than that being used. It also enables staff to easily locate the correct ingredients by identifying the produce with least life. This reduces the risk of out-of-date stock and wastage.
allergen controls
Integreater's product segregation function offers low-level allergen control. It uses simple barcode technology to allow processors to store allergens separately and safely - warning staff if they attempt to move an item into an unauthorised area.
