Sales Order Processing

This application provides your manufacturing facility with the ability to create orders for customers. Using the intuitive interface this can be accomplished easily and quickly making use of templates and order copy features. This data is then made available to the despatch process and, once despatched, manages the invoicing.

Purchase Order Processing

Providing a central point for all your purchases including Raw Materials, Dry Goods, even maintenance parts if you wish! This application provides all the data needed to either touchscreens or handheld units down on the factory floor so that they can receive the goods quickly and reliably. With other associated software also available the application can deliver some huge benefits to your purchasing department.

Despatch System

Getting orders out to your customers must be one of the most important tasks for you, that's why our despatch system provides a host of features you wont find in a single system anywhere else. Our despatch scanning applications which run on a handheld scanner provide the operators with all the information they need to pick and scan products to orders. Discrepancy notes and lists are available from the scanner so there is no need to keep going back to the shipping office. Our scanners work in real time so as soon as something is allocated to an order this is made visible in our system. This despatch progress can be viewed from anywhere and we do mean anywhere! As a web based application you can keep your eye on depsatching even if you're away from the business.

Stock System

Our in depth stock system caters for all types of industry. Once purchase orders have been raised and items arrive (we can even cope with items where purchase orders have not been raised) items are either received on a touchscreen or a handheld scanner. All required data is stored along with any associated information and the exact date and time (to the millisecond). This allows our stock system to keep a full and comprehensive audit of anything that happens to that item throughout it's life in the plant.

Areas and locations allow stock to be found and identified easily and quickly. Issuing and returning stock is simply a case of scanning the barcode on the item or pallet. Don't worry, if there isn't one, our system will create the labels you need at the point of receipt.

All stock is tracked and can be reported on at any time as the entire system works in real time. As soon as something is issued, returned, booked into stock, booked out of stock the system is aware of it and can echo this data to system users immediately.

Outer Case Marker (OCM)

If you need an end of line labelling solution, this is the one for you. Weighing and labelling your product using our OCM is a fast and flexible solution which can provide you with all the functionality you could possibly need. With user configurable PLU selection screens, more options you can shake a stick at, you'll wonder why you ever used anything else. These OCM's will be fully configured, network ready and designed to suit your business. Our engineers will not only ensure that the unit is installed correctly but they will also make sure you have all the label designs you need (and even show you how to design your own if required), help you set up all the PLU codes you need and also group them into "Hot Key" categories so that the selection process is made as efficient as possible.

Yield System

Working from data captured during issuing, returning and final output, our yield system makes use of flexible product groups and unlimited run numbers so that the management can see exactly where attention needs to be focused. Often this information is not granular enough to see what is and is not performing well. The use of run numbers also allows for better production segregation which, in a food processing environment, is a huge benefit should a recall situation arise.

Web Based Trackers

Our system records it's data in real time. That is to say that there will no longer be the need for operators to go and "dock" a handheld unit and "upload" the information to the system. as soon as the transaction is complete, the data is made available for viewing. we provide several "Tracker" applications which are available through the web. This allows for both summary and detailed information to be made available from many parts of the process accessible even from outside the plant (VPN required). These applications refresh automatically every few seconds and come in three flavours; Stock, Production and Despatch.
