Livestock Payments System
The Livestock Payments System is an application which is used to import all graded carcasses (Cattle, Sheep and Pigs) from your abattoir(s) and generate the payment information for each supplier.
Using a standard explorer style interface the learning curve is shallow and multiple abattoirs can be licensed and managed from the same interface. For ease of use a "Price All" feature is available which will use the prices and charges you have configured and apply these to each carcass and lot.
The resultant data can then be automatically exported to a third party finance system for actual payment (cheque or BACS runs) and the lots will be marked as remitted. Remittance advices can be printed if required.

The Livestock Payments System is more than just a place from which to pay for Lots. It acts as the hub of the Livestock System.
The application encapsulates the following functionality;
- Pricing of animals based on grade, weight, age, category, and breed.
- Automatic application of adjustments through matrices.
- Ability to apply charges by matrices, species, producer, abattoir etc.
- Ability to price batches of animals.
- Ability to process ad hoc bonuses or ad hoc charges.
- Ability to set maximum pay weights per band.
- Ability to split lots to create new lots.
- Ability to distribute weights and calculate prices against market batches.
- Exports to MLC, BCMS, Open Accounts etc.

Managing more than one abattoir?
Our Livestock Payments System can be licensed for multiple abattoirs allowing your main site to process the payments for additional or contracted sites. This would simply mean receiving a feed of the lot and carcass data and importing it into the LPS system and then payments can be made to farmers on the other sites' behalf.
