Grading Station
Generally this is the last station in the Kill Line process where animals (Cattle, Sheep, Pigs) are graded. We have a highly configurable grading application which allows for customer specific working practices.
It is fast and easy to use and is capable of connecting to 2 scales from which it will automatically collect the weight. Several printers can be attached accommodating different label stock for varied species/carcass types/specs/ages etc.
Our grading application can also be used to re-grade carcasses from previous dates. This feature is fully audited and the screen turns a bright red colour when working on a date other than the current day.
The Kill Label produced can be designed to fit your requirements. Here is an example of a kill label.
