Despatch areas are invariably busy environments and the Systems Integration despatch module is utilised at two levels.
Management can view order assembly and despatch activity real time through the Despatch Tracker.
Operatives can manage all aspects of order assembly through to despatch note print just by utilising the features on their pocket PC devices.
Despatch Tracker is now heavily used and relied upon by many of our existing customers.
Users at all levels can see instantly what is happening with orders due for despatch, where they came from, and to monitor them through the whole process.
To see more detail, operators can simply drill into the item and go straight to the detail and the despatch note, loadout information and related order data.
Many elements of the tracker are fully configurable offering, column dynamics, colour coding, sorting and much more.
The tracker style interface offers an unparalleled method of real time data visibility. Up to the second updates keep the user informed with exactly what is happening.

Advanced Shipping Notifications...
Our system can also generate Advanced Shipping Notifications. These electonic documents can be sent as soon as the despatch note is printed or a loadout is completed so that a warehouse receiving system can be populated with the delivery data and scan it in.
These are taken care of as part of our EDI Processing add on modules
Sales Order Monitor
We have often come across facilities where the despatch department have difficulty in knowing what they have available to pick. Picking lists produced in the morning may say they need so many of this and so many of the other but these products may well not have yet been produced. This is especially so in the food processing industry where on hand stock is kept tight.
Our Sales Order Monitor displays a real time updated screen which shows what is due to be picked, how many are currently in stock, and what is currently in production. It also provides information on exactly which items have been picked so that it is possible to see if somethng has been allocated out of rotation. This allows shipping supervisors to staff more effectively, designate what should be focused on in the shipping area and be completely informed at all times as to the availability of finished products in relation to what is left to pick.
