Working in harmony with the S.I. Kill Line our Boning Hall Suite allows you to scan carcass labels capturing weight, grade and specification for detailed input analysis. Add to this "Hot to cold" weight rebate assessment and you are soon in control of your Boning input and able to target 'problem' runs or specifications. Batch traceability can be referenced back to the Producer and also fed into the S.I. OCM to capture specific primal output to "run" association. Yielding doesn't get any easier!
