Communications

Our touchscreens and servers communicate with our own devices and your own systems via a variety of protocols. Mostly, communication is accomplished via tcp/ip across the LAN or WAN. If a WAN is in use we use IP Sec tunnels to allow communications between our offices and the client so that support can be instant. This can also be used to provide access to our many reporting and visual tracker systems which provide real time data through a web browser.

Our devices can communicate with other devices where neccessary through serial (RS232). Examples of these would be Weigh Price Labellers, Scales and Control equipment on conveyors.
